Israel successfully develops the antibody of coronavirus: says Naftali Bennett, defense minister of Israel
The defense minister of Israel Naftali Bennett has announced that Israel developed the virus antibody. He hailed his defense research team for this amazing achievement and claimed to have moved to patent treatment. He added, “ we are also approaching the international companies including that of the United States to mass-produce it.”
The defense minister recently made a visit to the labs of Israel institute for Biological Research (IIBR). There he was shown that “the antibody attacks the virus and neutralize it in a monoclonal way in the bodies of infected people.”
After this statement, Israel claimed that they have successfully completed the process of making an antibody of the vaccine. In the next step, they are approaching international companies to produce the antibody on a commercial scale.
The progress in the manufacturing vaccine had already been observed in late March as addressed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
At present, there are more than 100 groups of researchers in the world who are pursuing a vaccine. Among them, many are already in their early stages of human trials. But there is no way to guess or predict if the vaccine will work safely or not.
Considering all this, the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu pledged about $60 million as the fund for the joint fight against the pandemic.
One of the US government’s top experts, Dr. Anthony Fauci had cautioned that developing a vaccine in 12-18 months if everything goes perfectly would be a record achievement. He had also mentioned that even if the vaccine is formed, it won’t be sufficient as per the spread If the virus.
After getting this big achievement, several Israeli companies are now working to develop potential vaccines for the treatment of coronavirus.
